Admission Instructions for Class XI, April 2025
Before applying for Class XI, please read the following:

1. The application will be available on-line from 01st November 2024 . An incomplete form will not be accepted.

Students are encouraged to consider the suggested subject groups for selection, but they are not limited to choosing solely from these groups. They may select subjects across different groups if they prefer. Students are expected to choose a minimum of three subjects, excluding General English, with a maximum of five subjects.

3. The fee Structure for class XI-Std Comprises of Tuition Fee & Extra Curricular Fee for Rs.1,82,900/-, Admission Fee - Rs. 1,500/- and Refundable Deposit - Rs. 15,000/-. (Admission fee and Refundable Deposit will not be applicable to the students from Arsha Vidya Mandir)

4. Applicants found eligible to appear for entrance test will be notified through e-mail..

5. As part of the admission process for As Level, students will be required to undergo the following assessments based on their subject choices:

   1. Interaction to discuss and finalize the subject choices.
   2. An Entrance test will be conducted for English and the other subjects chosen by the student. To assess students' aptitude in subjects not studied in Grade 10, assessments will be conducted through a group discussion or oral viva.

6. The school will intimate the outcome of the Entrance / Interaction to all the applicants through e-mail

7. Please note that the school will not entertain any correspondence, recommendations or telephone calls.

8. The School Management has got discretionary power in processing the applications.

Usage Instructions

• You can first create a draft by clicking on 'Save Draft' button.
• You will receive an application ID.
• You should use the application ID the next time you come in to enter details on the form.
• You can click on 'Save Draft' in case you need to add further details.
• You can press 'Submit' button once all the details are filled in.
• You can not alter the details once you have clicked on 'Submit' button.
• We request you to bear in mind that the application will get completed only after submission. Application in 'Draft' status will not be considered for admission. So please make sure that you have submitted your application before the cutoff date.
