Online Admission System

Admission Instructions for Class XII, April 2025
Before applying for Class XII, please read the following:

1. The application has to be filled on-line. Application forms for class XII will be available on-line from 25th November 2024 . An incomplete form will not be accepted.

2. The following Groups are offered:

   Group A - English Elective, Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Computer Science or Biology Group B - English Elective, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Agriculture Group C - English Elective, Business Studies, Accountancy, Economics and Maths or Applied Maths or Computer Science Group D - English Elective, History, Economics, Sociology and Sanskrit or Fine Arts / Painting

3. The fee Structure for class XII-Std Comprises of Tuition Fee & Extra Curricular Fee for Rs.1,68,267/-, Admission Fee - Rs. 1,500/- and Refundable Deposit - Rs. 15,000/-. (Admission fee and Refundable Deposit will not be applicable to the students from Arsha Vidya Mandir)

4. Admission will be made subject to vacancies being available.

5. Applicants found eligible to appear for entrance test will be notified through e-mail. Entrance Test for Group - A will be conducted in English, Mathematics & Science Entrance Test for Group - B will be conducted in English, Mathematics & Science Entrance Test for Group - C will be conducted in English, Mathematics & Economics Entrance Test for Group - D will be conducted in English, Basic Maths, History , Economics & Sanskrit or Fine Arts - Painting

6. The Entrance test date will be announced on a later date.

7. Please note that the school will not entertain any correspondence, recommendations or telephone call in respect of admissions.

8. The School Management reserves discretionary power in processing all applications.

Usage Instructions

• You can first create a draft by clicking on 'Save Draft' button.
• You will receive an application ID.
• You should use the application ID the next time you come in to enter details on the form.
• You can click on 'Save Draft' in case you need to add further details.
• You can press 'Submit' button once all the details are filled in.
• You can not alter the details once you have clicked on 'Submit' button.
• We request you to bear in mind that the application will get completed only after submission. Application in 'Draft' status will not be considered for admission. So please make sure that you have submitted your application before the cutoff date.
