Online Application for 2026 – 2027 admissions is open from November 19th 2025 onwards.

The Admission procedure includes:

Steps to be taken by the applicants as:

• Submission of their applications online
• Submission of authentic documents of proof of address as attachments
• Submission of birth certificate as attachments

Steps taken by the admissions committee:

• Short-listing of applications using filters like age, proximity to the school, balance in gender
• Interaction of short-listed applicants’ parents and children with school members
• Intimation of results of those who are admitted and those who had to be declined through email
• Intimation of dates for the payment of fees
• Intimation of dates on the welcome, induction to the Arsha ‘family’ and school tour programmes
• In case there is a withdrawal of the child after the admission process and the payment of the fees, the fee will be refunded subject to the vacancy being filled from the waiting list.

A unique feature of Arsha is that there is an acclimatization programme held before the formal sessions start for the PP-I students. We encourage the young child to come along with their parents so as to get them familiar to the faculty, peers and the school environment. Later when the school reopens, the mothers are also expected to be in the school environment till the time their child settles down. This helps to ensure a smooth transition from a familiar home environment to an initially unfamiliar school environment.

Early Years - II

Age: 4+

In this class we have students of the earlier level, hence, admissions to Early Years-II will be possible subject to the vacancies that get created when students of the earlier class leave the school. These details of a vacancy in a class would be known by the end of December 2025 to the School Admissions Committee. While we would be happy to continuously offer the online application forms throughout the year we are constrained to do so because new students can be admitted only when vacancies get created. Hence the online applications will be made available for a stipulated period of time.
