Admission Instructions for Class XII, April 2025
Before applying for Class XI & XII, please read the following:

1. The application will be available on-line. An incomplete form will not be accepted.

2. Following are the combinations available for Classes XII (2025-2026) 

3. Admission will be made subject to vacancies being available.

4. Applicants found eligible to appear for entrance test will be notified through e-mail.

• Entrance Test for Group – A will be conducted in English, Mathematics & Science
• Entrance Test for Group – B will be conducted in English, Mathematics & Science
• Entrance Test for Group – C will be conducted in English, Mathematics & Economics
• Entrance Test for Group – D will be conducted in English, History, Sanskrit & Economics / Fine Arts – Painting

5. The Entrance test date will be announced on a later date.

6. Please note that the school will not entertain any correspondence, recommendations or telephone call in respect of admissions.

7. The School Management reserves discretionary power in processing all applications.

For Class XII:

Age: 17 yrs

As this class has students of the earlier level, admissions will be possible subject to the vacancies that get created when students of the earlier class leave the school. These details of a vacancy in a class would be known by end of January 2025 to the School Admissions Committee. While we would be happy to continuously offer the online application forms throughout the year we are constrained to do so because new students can be admitted only when vacancies get created. Hence the online applications will be made available for a stipulated period of time.

Kindly note that since the student would have already chosen one of the above mentioned five combination of subjects in their earlier school in Class XI, the school’s policy is that the applicant choose the ‘same stream’ of subjects that they would have studied in Class XI. This policy is relevant for the core subjects as it would not be possible to educate the student on the fundamentals of a different stream of core subjects in the 12th Std. However, their learning experiences in subjects of English and the Elective subject need not be identical to those suggested in the list.

Admission procedure includes:

Steps to be taken by the applicants as:

• Submission of their applications online
• Submission of authentic documents of proof of address as attachments
• Submission of birth certificate as attachments
• Submission of mark sheets of the previous examinations as attachments until 1st term of Class 10 in the school that they are currently studying in

Steps taken by the admissions committee:

• Applicants are short-listed on the basis of their academic performance in Classes X (final) & XI Term Exam marks.
• Applicants are short-listed on the basis of their co and extra-curricular activities, interests and hobbies too
• Interaction of short-listed applicants’ parents and children with school members
• Intimation of results of those who are admitted and those who had to be declined through email
• Intimation of dates for the payment of fees
• Collecting the transfer certificate after the admission is announced
• Intimation of dates on the welcome, induction to the Arsha ‘family’ and school tour programmes
• In case there is a withdrawal of the student after the admission process and payment of fees, the fee will be refunded subject the vacancy being filled from the waiting list
