At Arsha Vidya Mandir, students across the Grades VIII to XI are nominated by the teacher community to contest for the three esteemed leadership positions such as The Chief School Pupil Leader, Deputy School Pupil Leader and Assistant School Pupil Leader, each academic year. Following the conventional democratic protocol, each nominee, campaigns and appeals to the students of the school through well-crafted speeches, inventive posters as well as interacting personally with the students. Subsequently, students across grades VI to XII partake in a fair and egalitarian voting process in which, the nominees with the highest number of votes from each category of the leadership post are elected to represent the student body of the school, and have the honor of forming the venerated Student Council.
